How do I mount the LPA?

Insert the anti-theft key into the slots on the LPA. Take both in the hand and screw on the valve of the tyre. Handtight, do not force it!

Why does my LPA flashes RED

The LPA detected a negative pressure greater than 5% of the original pressure and the red flash indicates that your tyre has a low tyre pressure. Stop as soon as possible to inflate your tyre. This is done by first removing the LPA from the valve on the tyre using the anti-theft key.

Why does my LPA flashes yellow?

The battery is at the end of its power and needs to be replaced in a service center or by yourself. Also, the LPA has detected a negative pressure greater than 5% and indicates that your tyre has a low tyre pressure. Stop as soon as possible to inflate your tyre. This is done by removing the LPA from the valve on the tyre using the anti-theft key.

How do I mount a LPA on the inside tyre of a double wheel axle

There are special valve extenders commercially available to extend the inner tyre valve to the outer tyre. With a clamp, you can clamp the extension to the outer wheel. After that, you can screw the LPA on the valve extension as on a standard valve. Be sure to install armed valve extenders.

Can I put the LPA on any valve?

The standard LPA is build for a Schr├Ąder type valve. This is the standard valve for vehicles like cars, trucks, tractors, trailers.
There is also a larger type with Off Terrain Radius valve for which you can use the LPA-OTR.
For motor bikes, a metal valve is required. This can be fitted by your dealer or tyre seller.

Can I use a LPA radio visual for the caravan behind my car?

Yes, you can place the sensors on the wheels of the caravan and put the display in the car. You can keep an eye on the tyres on the car and the caravan. Extra LPA radio visual are sold per 2 pieces seperatly.

What do I need to equip my truck or bus with a LPA radio visual?

Depending on the number of wheels. I’m starting out with 1 steering axle with 2 wheels and 1 rear axle with 4 wheels (double wheel axle). For this configuration you need a truck or bus KIT. It contains 6 sensors, 1 receiver and 1 display. You only need to purchase a set of valve extenders to bring out the inner wheel valve to the outer wheel.

What do I need to equip a 6-wheel trailer with a LPA radio visual.

The Trailer kit contains everything to equip a trailer with 6 sensors. You fix the transceiver to the front of the trailer and connect it to the trailer’s power supply. When an alarm occurs you will see an alarm message on the trailer receiver and on the tyre. The alarm signal is automatically reported to the receiver / display installed in the tractor.

Can I connect additional LPA radio visual sensors to the truck, bus or trailer kit?

Yes, any receiver in the truck, bus or trailer kit can monitor up to 100 sensors. Adding an additional sensor is by simple push-button operation. Additional explanation can be found in the manual.

Can I replace the battery by myself of the LPA?

Yes, you can replace the battery yourself. You will find the explanation in the manual on the website.
